Room types may vary.so we've stayed here at luxor for the last two years each time we came to vegas each of those times we always had a pretty good experience...this year we came was a total 360 first let me start off when we booked the room we were told our room wasnt ready (its 11am at this time) and that we would have to wait until its ready...our room was "ready" a little after 3pm so we get to the room and soon as we open the door we automatically notice they gave us the wrong room we booked the elite tower sweet we were given premiere so we dealt with that inconvenience and finally was given our correct room..so although we enjoyed our actual room(they only gave us 1 flat ass pillow and our bar sink was clogged so we couldnt even use it smh) we ran into several other issues #1 being the elevators...first off there was no social distancing and ppl were in long lines to use the elevator it was so bad that we got stuck in the elevator on the 19th floor for atleast 15 mins no one was coming to help nor did anyone have service to call for help...so my boyfriend and a few other guys on the elevator prived the elevator doors open and luckily we were able to get out at this time it seemer liked all the elevators were down so we all had to walk down the stairs from the 19th floor! and it was so many ppl in the stair well from different floors it was a complete nightmare so glad we only stayed 2 days...but this was officially our last stay here never againWe’ve stayed at the Luxor before and didn’t care for it to much and didn’t plan to stay again. … I know is Vegas people wants to party but that is inacceptable. It is our goal to provide a phenomenal resort experience for our valued guests. I am an MLife Platinum member and they stuck me in a so called Pyramid Suite. Being a platinum member and getting the crappy treatment that I received was a huge turnoff. And che6in was at 3 sam hot us squared away at noon The suite was Fantastic!!

Totally agree with others that the buffet is gross and not worth the price! Share review.
