I flew Salam Air from Muscat to Istanbul on November 26 and found ground staff very helpful and friendly. SalamAir’s fleet consists of Airbus A320-200 aircraft, each of which is configured with a single economy-class cabin seating 174 passengers.Airline managers! I received "vouchers" good for one year, but Salam Air is now only operating flights to Africa, India, and Pakistan. Though they have benefited from a huge government stimulus package, there is no sign that they intend to use any of it to refund their customers.
